Learn the basics of colorwork knitting including: color dominance, yarn management and how to read a chart. You will be knitting the "Beginner Colorwork Beanie" by You’ve Been Yarned. To get right into the colorwork portion of the hat during class, you will be required to arrive with the brim knit ahead of time.
Required knitting before class:
With worsted weight & 5mm needles
-CO 76 Join in the round and place your stitch marker
-K a 2x2 ribbing until it measures approximately 1.5 inches
-Increase 4 stitches evenly around for a total of 80 sts
-K 1 round

-5mm knitting needles (your preference of DPNs or circular)
-You will have to come to class with the 2x2 rib brim already complete

Intro to Colorwork Knitting
- Refunds will be issued for any cancellation that occurs 48 hours before first class date. Any no show or late cancellations will not be refunded.
- Our classes have a minimum number of students to run, if minimum is not reached the class will be canceled
- Anyone who has purchased a class that gets canceled will be notified within 24 hours of the class and will receive a full refund
